DEVELOPMENTS of a mixed use scheme on land at Binhamy Farm, Bude, could be given the go-ahead if Catesby Property Group is successful in its latest appeal.
An application for land at Binhamy Farm was first submitted to Cornwall Council in November 2008 and since then it has been ongoing concept.
On August 4 last year, the Secretary of State rejected Binhamy Farm plans following a four day appeal held between March 16 and March 19.
The plans, submitted by Catesby, consisted of a mixed use development comprising housing (including affordable homes), employment, a retirement village (77 sheltered homes), extra care facility, retail (discount food and non-food), land for a new community building, public open space and landscaping.
