THE latest news regarding the former primary school site in Camelford will anger the town council and a number of residents, if it transpires to be correct, writes Suzanne Cleave.
At the Cornwall Council's Cabinet meeting on Wednesday, April 20, the Mayor of Camelford, Cllr Robert Rotchell was allowed three minutes to address the members on the future of the former primary school site.
In the brief time allowed, Cllr Rotchell stated how the town council felt and he also reflected the views of the residents as well.
However, it has since emerged that his impassioned plea for Cornwall Council not to sell the land to a developer may have fallen on deaf ears.
