Torridge District Council

Following the passing of Her Majesty the Queen, Councillor Doug Bushby, chair of Torridge District Council has issued a statement, he said: “I would like to express the great sadness of members of Torridge District Council and the people of Torridge at the news of the death of Her Majesty, the Queen. Our thoughts are with the Royal Family at this sad time.

“As a further mark of respect public Council meetings during the mourning period will be postponed.

“We will remember with gratitude Her Majesty’s long and dedicated service to the monarchy and to the Country.”

Callington Town Council

“The Parish of Callington and Kelly Bray extend their deepest sympathy to all the Royal Family over the death of her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
