HISTORY was recreated recently when the Tetcott Hunt and the Brendon Arms in Bude renewed links that date back more than 140 years.
It was a pack of foxhounds owned and hunted by George Brendon, who became the pub's licensee in 1872, which was the forerunner of today's Tetcott Hunt.
Following a morning lawn meet in the pub's car park hosted by Rupert Brendon, the fourth generation of Brendon family, the hunt spent an excellent day trail hunting in the Marhamchurch area.
To complete the day, 60 people sat down to a fantastic supper in the Saddle Room at the Brendon Arms.
