THE Easter Story was presented in drama, song, dance and video at Bodmin Street Methodist Chapel, Holsworthy on Palm Sunday.
The presentation was shown from the viewpoint of people in the Bible who encountered Jesus — what they saw; how they felt; the difference meeting Jesus made to their lives.
The chapel and gallery were full to capacity and there was a retiring offering which totalled £581.16 for Andy Jerrard's role as Rural Pastoral Support Worker. Hot pasties and hot cross buns were devoured with relish afterwards in the adjacent Sunday School Room.
