Two days later Camelford 'B' attended the picturesque Kensey Vale rink to take on their 'C' squad in a County League fixture and were convincing winners 73-46: A Tilley, R Edmonds, T Bailey, D Cook 25-11; H Dunk, P Spencer, R Staple, M Prout 25-19; H Teague, F Bennett, N Wright, E Lowe 23-16.

On May 21 Camelford 'A' had a tougher opponent when Bodmin 'A' visited. The visitors returned home with four of the five points, 62-50: F Bennett, N Wright, R Shillaber, B Gosling 19-16; A Simon, C Jasper, D Taylor, S Hambly lost 17-29; T Bailey, K Davey, C Parsons, P Buck 14-17. Francis Bennett.
