AT THE meeting of Holsworthy Town Council on Wednesday, December 5 councillors expressed their concern that the town was not being adequately represented on Torridge District Council, writes Christine Williams.

Cllr Martin Prentice reported that similar views were expressed by Holsworthy Hamlets and Pyworthy Parish Councillors at a joint meeting of the three councils on November 22.

They were particularly unhappy that District Cllr Michael Foottit had been out of the country for several months.
