THE Holsworthy Youth Club has created a vegetable garden at its centre in Sanders Lane.
The young people attending the club have made a vegetable garden, which has been fenced — with the cost being met by Holsworthy Rotary Club.
Vice-president Clifford Vickery and Rotarian Martin Prentice presented the club with a cheque for £250 earlier this week.
The revitalised centre is thriving but there is still a need for volunteers to help run activities so if anyone would like to get involved with the young people then they are asked to get in touch.
The club still has capacity for a few more young people, particularly in the age range 12 to 14, so if anyone is interested in joining in with the Youth Club then they are welcome to just turn up at the centre.
The club would also be grateful for any donations of arts and crafts materials — if anyone thinks they can help please get in touch.
