Due to the passing of Des Shadrick vacancies have arisen for a Holsworthy Town Councillor and a District Councillor for the Holsworthy Ward.

If a request for an

election to fill these vacancies is made in writing to the returning officer by ten electors for the town and two electors for the district by June 30, an election will be held.

If no requests are received, the vacancies will be filled by co-option. The address of the returning officer is: Riverbank House, Bideford, EX39 2QG.
