CHILDREN from Holsworthy Primary School took part in the Big Tidy Up on Thursday, March 31.
During the afternoon, children helped to remove litter from various parts around the town — the park, youth centre, community college, car park and area around the school grounds.
They wore gloves and used litter pickers which were purchased with a £200 grant from the town council.
