TRACEY Clifford, of Holsworthy, has adopted a dog that had only months earlier been wandering the streets of Romania.

When Hope, the dog, was found by an English woman, he was thin and had a wound on his leg. The woman took him in and treated him.

Afterwards she tried to find him a home, and Hope was flown to the UK by Blind Dog Rescue and placed in foster care.
