DO YOU live within five minutes of Holsworthy Fire Station? If so, then Holsworthy Fire Station needs you.
The Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service is appealing to men and women from Holsworthy to consider training to be an on-call firefighter.
Retained firefighters are "ordinary people" who respond to incidents when alerted. They must live and work within five minutes of their local firestation.
A spokesperson said: "We can discuss the level of cover you can offer and you will undergo a number of written and physical assessments. Retained firefighters are paid, trained professional firefighters. No fire fighting experience is necessary to apply. If you are recruited you will be fully trained."
