Holsworthy Army Cadet Liam Mounce, aged 15, has been awarded the Army Proficiency Training two star badge. Liam, a member of the Holsworthy Detachment of Devon Army Cadet Force, had to demonstrate capability in subjects including drill, marksmanship, first aid and map and compass in order to earn the badge.

The Holsworthy unit meets Monday evenings 7-9pm at the Community College. For more
