LAUNCESTON'S Charlotte Ball (left) was presented with the Queen's Award for Guiding by District Commissioner Emma Boucher at the Eagle House Hotel on Thursday, April 26. The award is the highest members can work towards in guiding. It offers those attempting to achieve it the chance to develop their own skills whilst contributing to guiding and the local community. Open to those aged between 16-and-25-years-old and must be completed within three years, or before the participants 26th birthday.
