PEOPLE in Bodmin gathered to take part in a piece of outdoor art created by local artist Harry Maddox together with Lee Hoskin and Rob Luke.

Harry had planned the artwork for the day of the Tour of Britain coming to town, but with a helicopter unable to fly and film that day due to the weather, the call went out a week later to stage the celebratory photo call.

Mayoress Nikki Cooper said: “Thank you to all those 170-ish people who supported Harry Maddox’ project of capturing a human outline of the Field Art created for the Tour Of Britain in Bodmin.

“We didn’t get as many people as we would have liked but we did get the arial footage required to fill ‘The Heart Of Bodmin.’

“Massive thanks to all parties involved in creating this legacy.”
