The country once again showed support for the NHS from their doorsteps last night, as homes across the UK joined together in a round of applause.
Last week kick-started the ‘Clap for Carers’ campaign, which urged people across the country to join a nationwide round of applause at 8pm.
Last night the NHS and carers were once again shown the respect and gratitude the public have for them during these unprecedented times. The front-line caring staff are tackling Covid-19 every day to save lives, whilst putting themselves at risk.
Last night’s applause was felt across the country and the Post area was no exception to this. Each town, village and rural parish joined together to clap.
