The Bude Area Community Network Panel is seeking to set up a cross border health panel which will represent the community of Bude, Holsworthy and the surrounding villages.

The first virtual meeting is scheduled for 1pm to 3pm on Monday, February 22, via MS Teams.

Partners from Kernow Health CIC, NHS Kernow CCG, Ruby Country Medical Group, Neetside PPG, Stratton Hospital League of Friends will also be in attendance.

Two issues will be the focus of discussion:

1. The overnight operation of Stratton Hospital and what overnight provision will be offered when the current contract ends in April 2021.

2. Looking forward (once the pandemic is under control) how the group can effectively engage with the correct people to help shape future health provision in the area.
