BUILDING land behind the Three Cups' old cottages in Fore Street, Welington, already the subject of anxiety over its access, is also causng concern over a risk to health.

Local councillor Janet Reed, who lives nearby, said: "I have received many complaints regarding the piece of land behind the old Three Cups pub. This land is on the market with a local sestate agent and comes complete with planning consent."
