COMMUNITY groups, charities and schools in Holsworthy are being invited to apply for £1,000 of building materials to help with a winter project.

The award is part of the RGB Building Supplies’ Well Built Community Fund.

Whether materials are needed to build a Christmas grotto, help put on a pantomime or ensure a community centre is protected against winter weather, RGB would like to hear about it.

Groups can nominate themselves by explaining how receiving £1,000 of building materials would be of benefit to them.

From all the nominations received, three groups will be selected as finalists. Then the local community will be asked to vote for who they would like to receive the building materials.
