Are you unable to leave your home because of cornavirus? Holsworthy COVID-19 Mutual Aid are here to help.

The group is made up of local residents who have come together during a time where some people are once again finding it hard to access the help they need.

Their aim is to support the community that they live in and ensure that nobody is left isolated or without support. They don’t ask for anything in return, they just believe in helping each other in a time of difficulty.

They are local neighbours and can offer help within reason, and in ways they can also stay safe. If in need medical advice, use the NHS 111 online coronavirus service at 111.nhs.uk/ covid-19, or if you have no internet access, call NHS 111 from a phone. In a medical emergency, dial 999.

Some of the things they can help with:

- Arranging deliveries

- Picking up shopping & medication

- A friendly phone call

- Posting mail

- Urgent supplies

- Help topping up electric or gas key

- Help with pets
