THE Holsworthy-based Thursday night sequence dances have raised £1,000 for charities.

The group, which meets for classes at Pancrasweek Village Hall, donated £500 to the Epilepsy Society and £500 to Devon Air Ambulance. The money was raised from the weekly classes.
