WIDEMOUTH Task Force filled ‘a van to the brim’ at their most recent beach clean at Upton and Phillip’s Point on Saturday, February 22.

Fourteen volunteers turned out to the gathering, with representatives from Keep Britain Tidy, Bude Sea Pool, #2minutebeachclean, Bude Rubbish Action Group, Upton residents and Widemouth Task Force clearing an entire pile gathered over the winter on Upton beach and Phillip’s Point.

The majority collected will be recycled as part of the Ocean Recovery Project.
