THE Delabole Branch of the Royal British Legion held a successful fundraising event at the home of Mr and Mrs Tew, at Pencarey, St Teath.

Throughout the afternoon, cream teas were served and the St Teath Society of Model Engineers were kept busy giving train rides, which were enjoyed by young and old alike.

The cake, raffle, tombola and RBL goods stalls were all very well supported. The event raised over £400 for British Legion funds.
