BUDE Hockey Club are preparing for the new season with great anticipation as the new astroturf pitch nears completion and the club look to grow.

They are very keen to welcome new players from in and around the Bude area as both the men's and women's teams are keen to push on from their disappointment last season and are both in with a really good chance of gaining promotion this season.

They also have second teams that give an ideal platform for the less experienced players to come and enjoy their games at a lower level whilst gaining experience and skills in the hope that they can then step up to the first team when ready.

Finally to all players new and old our pre-season training starts this thursday (the 23rd) at Holsworthy Astroturf from 7pm whilst we wait for the final touches to our new pitch and the indoor sessions still continue on Wednesday's at 8:30pm in Bude sports hall if you cannot make the outdoor one.
