CLASS 3 of Egloskerry School recently organised and ran a cake stall at their school during World Book Day.

The pupils contributed to the advertisement of the stall, decorated some of the biscuits to sell and asked other children and parents to get busy baking cakes for them to sell.

They raised money for their ‘Goblin’ project this summer. The project, run by the Greenpower Education Trust, sees the children work together to build two battery powered go karts to race at events in the summer term.

The stall was a huge success!
