Norman and Jean Hancock of Launceston recently had the joy and privilege of celebrating their Golden Wedding Anniversary surrounded by family and friends at a service of thanksgiving at St Mary's Church, Callington, followed by a celebration meal in the ballroom of the White Hart Hotel, Launceston. Donations in lieu of gifts were in excess of £820 and cheques have been forwarded to Care for the Family — a charity which have been supporting and encouraging families in the UK since 1988.
