SUNDAY, May 17 saw a contingent of Ginny's Follies Dog Training Group, based near Holsworthy, arriving at Stithians Showground on a cold windy and wet

morning.

As the day wore on the rain got heavier and dogs and owners got a real soaking at one point running in torrential rain.

After lunch the weather cleared up slightly and the last classes were run in sunshine. The results were as follows: Large Jumping Grades 1 and 2 — 11th place to John Stevens with Labrador Pondacre's Limited Edition, 4th place to Mick Denison-Smith with WSD Big Boy Shep and a clear round to Pat Haydon with WSD May of East Park.

Medium Grades 1 to 4 Jumping — a clear round to Sue Stevens with Widget the Fidget. Large Agility Grades 1 and 2 — a clear round to Pat Haydon with WSD May of East Park.

Large Grade 3 Jumping — 9th place to Dave Lawrence with WSD Chazanndave. Medium Steeplechase Grades 1 to 7 — clear rounds to Mark Campbell with Springer Spaniel Busters Beauty and Shona Campbell with Chestnuttree Zadkiel.

Large Steeplechase Grades 1 to 3 — clear rounds to Shona Campbell with Springer Spaniel Kizzies Calamity, John Stevens with Labradore Pondacre's Limited Edition, Ann Lawrence with WSD Chazanndave and Mick Denison-Smith with WSD Big Boy Shep.
