THE Woburn Garage bake sale will return to the Co-operative store on Western Road in Launceston to raise money for two chosen charities.
The Co-operative store on Western Road are supporting the Epilepsy Society on Saturday, March 26, along with the British Red Cross, with a charity bake sale and raffle.
Each year the Co-operative supports their chosen charity, for 2016 that is the British Red Cross.
For each quarter of the year, employees are able to choose a second charity for the store to support.
Co-operative store employee Chris Parnell chose the Epilepsy Society as his chosen charity for this quarter.
He said: “I hope to see everyone on Saturday for our bake sale and raffle, and here is to us raising lots of money for both these great charities.”
The bake sale will offer anyone popping into the store a chance to buy either the sweet or savory treats on offer — with a chance to win a prize by purchasing a raffle ticket.
All money raised will be split equally between the two charities.
