Sally Carpenter of Pannell Commercial Show Team claimed the HOYS ticket in a hotly contested Native/Cob/Traditional Coloured Horse class at The Royal Bath and West Show. Partnering Tracey Veale's 10 year old Bay and White Tobiano mare 'Pussy Galore', the pair won the class by four marks, and then went on to take the Championship with another foot perfect performance, topped off with a breathtaking gallop. This was only their third show of the season, having previously stood Champion at the BSPA South West Star Show and Reserve Champion at Ivybridge. Sally and Tracey, who are both from Lifton, are now setting their sights firmly on HOYS tickets for 'Willoway Lord of the Rings' a seven year old New Forest gelding, and Shantaine four year old traditional gypsy cob.
