IT WAS a rare, beautiful warm summer’s evening when the Wadebridge branch of the Cornish Hospice fundraising group held their barbecue with Pimms and music at Pengenna Manor, by kind permission of Richard Blewett.
More than 120 people, including many St Teath locals, enjoyed the food, drink, setting and music, which was provided by Adrian Davies, Bradders Bluesinger, Keven Taylor, Liz Rowe and the Port Isaac Chorale.
Thanks were extended to all who supplied donations of puddings, help, the marquee and toilet hire and to everyone who made the event so enjoyable.
