The annual Michaelstow Church Fete was recently held at The Old Rectory by kind permission of Monty and Angela Whitebloom, who opened the occasion. The fete made £1,494 for the church funds owing to the generosity of those who provided for the stalls and those who attended in rather uncertain weather. The highlight of the day was the Punch and Judy Show by Professor Goodvibes, which entertained adults and children alike. Music by the Camelford Town Band enhanced the traditional nature of the day. The committee are most grateful to all contributors, both
visitors and helpers and particularly to the Whitebloom family for continuing to provide the delightful
setting in their garden.
