THE Kensey Valley Residents' Association (KVRA), in Launceston, held a well-attended fun day event on Saturday, September 7.

The event gave children of the small community a chance to "have some fun".

The committee org­anised games, which had been purchased or hired especially for the event, including; bouncy castle, penalty shootout, quoits, giant jenga, archery, garden darts and croquet, which were all free for the children.
