BRADWORTHY Carnival saw great support from entries and visitors watched the procession this year.

A great turnout of floats and walkers made for a spectacular procession, with high standards for all involved.

As something 'a little different', this year's procession was led by a cow, provided by Stuart Ley, of Sutcombe, instead of a horse.

Various stalls, street performers and live music in Bradworthy Square were all enjoyed by the village.

Money was raised in collection buckets throughout the evening and will be put towards next year's carnival.

Robyn Pengilly said: "Everyone had a great time, it was a really good atmosphere. The committee are grateful for the support, without the entries, the carnival wouldn't go on."
