CORNWALL Council hosted a group of French tourism business owners recently to help showcase Cornwall's cycle routes and popular attractions.

The trip was organised as part of the Cycle West project, which has brought together 17 partners from South West England, Brittany and Normandy.

The project aims to boost tourism by promoting the cross-channel regions as key cycling destinations. Wednesday's visit saw the group visit a number of Cornish attractions and cycle routes.
