ON Easter Sunday, April 16, at the service led by the Rev Douglas Adams, it was fond farewells to Mrs Sybil Prouse who has been the organist at St Bridget’s Church, Bridgerule for more than 50 years.

Accompanied by her daughter, Sybil was presented with a leaving gift, by the congregation, prior to the service. She will be greatly missed by all.

Mrs Lynn Sullivan has taken over the role as organist.
