THE opening of Phase One of the modernisation and re-development of Stratton Hospital has taken place. Whilst Out-Patient Services have continued to be delivered, with some disruption to X-Ray provision during the past months, all agreed that it had been worth the wait for the improvement to bring out-patient areas together.
