MCCARTHY and Stone has revealed a first-look of its brand-new retirement living development in Bude, Pen Morvah.

The new development, which is currently under construction on Bramble Hill, is expected to welcome its first homeowners in the summer of 2018 and a CGI (computer-generated imagery) has been released to show how the site will look once complete.

Pen Morvah will comprise of 31 retirement living apartments for the over 60s which will offer homeowners the opportunity to downsize and maintain an active, independent lifestyle, surrounded by like-minded individuals.

Facilities at Pen Morvah will include a homeowners’ lounge, ideal for socialising with friends, and a convenient guest suite should homeowners have friends or relatives to stay. The development will also benefit from its very own house manager, who will take care of the smooth-running of the development; while a security entrance system and 24-hour emergency call points will provide added peace-of-mind for homeowners and their families.
