amelford's annual 'Party on the Pitch' was once again a wonderful success on Friday, July 9, drawing plenty of people along to enjoy a varied number of musical acts. Headliners, Abba Arrival, really got the crowd involved and local singer, Shane Solomon, was also very popular. Around £3,000 was raised towards Camelford FC's funds — a fantastic amount which will help in running the many teams involved at the club and affiliated fees. Radio Cornwall's Laurence Reed hosted the event, which was concluded with a brilliant firework display.
