A weekend of live music, dancing, food and fun will take place at Trewinnick near Tintagel from Friday, July 3 to Sunday, July 5.
The festival, dubbed Wish Fest, is being organised in aid of Abi's Wish to Walk, which is raising funds to help 13-year-old Abi Crowther from Camelford have a life-changing operation.
Abi has spastic quadriplegia cerebral palsy, which means she is unable to stand-alone and cannot walk without help.
However, her family have discovered a life-changing operation, which can be carried out at St Louis Hospital in America.
The operation, called an SDR or Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy, would eliminate the spasticity in Abi's muscles, making it possible for her to walk.
The family friendly festival will feature a varied line-up of acts, including DJs and bands Hong Kong Ping Pong, Bad Horsie, Dubblecross, The Pumped Up Kids and Baby D, best known for their UK No 1 single 'Let Me Be Your Fantasy' in 1994.
