BIDDERS need to be flushed with cash if they want to splash out on these former public toilets in Boscastle.

The obsolete WCs at Doctors Hill, which are surplus to requirements, have been put on the market by Cornwall Council at the inaugural West Country sales of Clive Emson Auctioneers. The guide price is £5,000-£15,000.
