Robert Cox is
pictured above at Camelford Gallery, alongside one of his lino cuts, which forms part of his
exhibition that illustrates the 66 chapters of the Book of Isaiah from the Old Testament. Robert, who, with his wife, has a log cabin at Whitstone, is a Christian artist who makes paintings and prints based on God's word. In 2006, he embarked on a three year project to produce lino cuts of the 66 books in Isaiah. The above lino cut was inspired by Isaiah 40 'They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength, they shall mount up with wings as eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they will walk and not faint.' The exhibition will run until November 10.
