OVER 60 guests attended a livestock breeding and planning seminar at Trethorne Golf Club, Launceston, on February 13, where top speakers shared their tips for success and ways to minimise loss of livestock and profit.

The event was organised by two of Cornwall's best known firms, South West insurer Cornish Mutual and legal firm Stephens Scown LLP.

Peter Baber from Baber Sheep Breeding and Consultancy discussed the problems sheep farmers face and how these may be addressed through an improved breeding strategy.
