Holsworthy Library is now taking bookings for a course on researching family history.

Deborah Graham from the North Devon Studies Centre at Barnstaple Library will be coming to Holsworthy on March 9 and 10 to introduce an ancestry website and give help on tracing family history. This will be followed later in the month by one-to-one taster sessions.
Bookings are also being taken for one-to-one taster sessions on internet searching for complete beginners.
During half term Tuesday, February 17 will be 'Dinosaur Day' at the library. From 11am to 12 noon author Ian Macdonald will be holding a workshop inspired by Conan Doyle's 'The Lost World' for children aged six to 11 years. Free tickets are available from the library.
