A HOLSWORTHY family are fighting to restore their quality of life after solar panels were installed on a neighbour's roof.
The family, who wish to remain anonymous, say the glare produced by the privately owned panels has "destroyed their life".
Due to the situation of the two houses, the neighbouring roof is directly in line with the family's lounge and the glare encroaches on almost every room which faces the panels. It is a "nuisance" which, they say, compromises their standard of living.
A member of the family said: "I have lived here for five years, but I don't want to live here anymore. I'm banging my head against a brick wall."
