ANGLERS Paradise, a fishing holiday resort in Halwill, was recently host to ‘Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps’ star Will Mellor.

Will, English actor, singer and model, is also known for his roles as TV’s Jambo Bolton in Hollyoaks, among other British series and film.

Will has previously stayed at Anglers Paradise with his father and friends but this time chose to bring his wife, Michelle McSween, and children, Renee and Jayden.

Anglers Paradise owner Zyg Gregorek told the Post that Will was ‘very nice, well presented and mannerly’ and had certainly not let fame go to his head. Zyg said: “This is the second time Will Mellor has visited us — the first time was with his father and friends. This time was with his wife, son and daughter, to take them all fishing and they had a whale of a time.

“Will told me that his children said this is the best holiday they have ever had and they all caught a nice selection of fish.”
