HOLSWORTHY Town Council's Play Park Committee has signed a letter of intent with TK Play, following a rigorous tender process, for the installation of new play equipment at Stanhope Park.

The committee, headed by Cllr Zowie Brooks, unveiled the plans for the £120,000 project at the Devon Air Ambulance event in Stanhope Park, last Friday, August 9.

Holsworthy Town Coun­cil was able to showcase the designs for the new play area alongside Terry War­ring­ton, owner of TK Play. Cllrs Ken Watson, Mick Stanton, Martin Prentice and Jon Hutchings were also on hand to answer the public's questions about the project.
