AS part of St Joseph’s commitment to working with the local community, the children from Tiny Tots Nursery at Trethorne were recently invited to join St Joseph’s Early Years children for a fun musical session in St Joseph’s school hall.

The children enjoyed a wide range of singing and instrumental activities under the expert and enthusiastic leadership of junior school director of music Mrs Nicki Smith.

After having refreshments they took the short walk down the private lane to the school orchard, enjoyed the chance to revel in the spring sunshine at St Joseph’s new outdoor classroom and even had enough time for a game of ‘Pooh Sticks’ on the bridge.

A return visit for a fun filled orchard activity session is planned for next month.
