Running at Launceston Town Hall on three nights, today (Thursday) October 16 and 17 at 7.30pm, Launceston Amateur Dramatic Society (LADS) present two hilarious one act plays, ‘Last Panto in Little Grimley’ and ‘The Fat Lady Sings in Little Grimley’, which showcases the very doubtful talents of Gordon, Margaret, Joyce and Bernard.
The author, David Tristram, has written a series of one act plays about the dysfunctional theatre group and this pair, chosen from the series, provide an evening of laughter that will be hard to beat.
Tickets are £8 per head to include a light supper in the town hall which is laid out ‘café’-style with 12 tables, seating up to eight people at each.
