AS PART of Lewannick School’s open day and summer fayre, former acting headteacher Stephanie Cook was welcomed back to officially open the newly developed outdoor learning area for the Early Years Foundation Stage pupils.

A spokesperson from the school said: “We would like to say a huge thank you to Tesco for the grant funding to make it possible and special thanks to Pete Townsend for enabling Mrs Cook’s vision to become reality, and Caroline Roseveare for all her efforts working with the pupils to make our new environment so beautiful.”
