DUCHY College is desperately seeking canine models to enjoy pampering sessions at their state-of-the-art dog grooming unit at Stoke Climsland.
Students that are studying the new Dog Grooming Level 2 qualification one day a week for 12 weeks, require a variety of dog breeds and coat types to practice their bathing, drying, styling and basic trimming skills, all supervised by qualified professionals.
Head of Animal Science at Duchy College, Carol Knight, said: “This is a great opportunity for dog owners in the local area to pamper their pooches at silly prices, whilst allowing our students to hone their skills under close supervision by staff. Many of the students are hoping to run their own dog grooming businesses in the future, so experience of different breeds and temperaments is so valuable to them.”
Rates are heavily discounted, and all breeds of dog are welcome.
Anyone wishing to book their dog in for a pampering session at Duchy College Stoke Climsland should call Nicky Gregory on 07812 060 695 to book their appointment, as places are limited.
